**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assist in Design Projects**: Collaborate with the design team on various projects, including creating graphics for websites, social media, print media, branding, and marketing materials.

**Develop Concepts**: Help conceptualize and develop design ideas that align with project objectives and brand standards.

**Create Visual Elements**: Use design software to create engaging graphics, layouts, and other visual elements.

**Learn and Adapt**: Continuously learn about new design trends, software, and tools. Adapt to the evolving needs of the company and its clients.

**Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and content teams, to ensure cohesive and effective design outcomes.

**Manage Time Effectively**: Handle multiple tasks and projects, effectively managing time to meet deadlines.

**Receive and Implement Feedback**: Willingly accept constructive feedback from senior designers and other team members and use it to improve skills and project outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Eagerness to learn and accept challenges.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
