Merchandiser

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field.
- **Should have 1 to 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail buying, or a related role.**:

- Strong knowledge of têxtiles, fabrics, and manufacturing processes is an plus.
- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.**:

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or merchandising software is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in the têxtile industry is desirable.
- **Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits, trade shows, and customer meetings.**:

- Coordinate product deliveries and inventory management, ensuring timely replenishment and availability of products on the sales floor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
