**The Opportunity**:
To support Supplier.io’s projected growth we must take advantage of the features and functionality our systems and services have to offer. Our next Systems Administrator will be a key part of our Corporate IT team working to automate and modernize our systems and processes. We will take advantage of leading-edge technologies and solutions to drive the scalability of our organization.

**As part of the larger Corporate IT team, you will**:

- Be responsible for providing assistance (both local and remote) to the internal user community.
- Respond to requests for hardware, software or network support
- Manage cloud-based corporate communications and messaging services.
- Maintain hardware and software lifecycles.
- Automate software and operating system deployments, configurations, and updates
- Manage and maintain endpoint and mobile device management solutions
- Manage and maintain the internal infrastructure environment
- Monitor, tune and report on systems to ensure optimal availability, performance, and capacity
- Recognize and troubleshoot problems with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Ensure all hardware and software issues and changes are properly documented and remediated
- Use published standards and procedures to manage hardware and software
- Scope, plan and execute projects for solutions within area(s) of responsibility
- Work in an on-call capacity as part of the larger IT Team
- Escalate issues as required
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge**:

- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff to provide IT related information
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Experience managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 solutions including:

- Azure Active Directory
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Office 365 Suite
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Defender
- Experience troubleshooting Windows and software.
- Experience troubleshooting mobile devices
- Experience troubleshooting and installing driver, firmware and BIOS updates
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience managing WLAN solutions.

**Nice to Have**
- Previous desktop support experience
- Previous experience managing user-facing, cloud-based SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of endpoint protection solutions
- Advanced experience with Microsoft 365
- Low / Zero-touch systems deployment practices
- Previous backup and disaster recovery experience
- Experience configuring and installing firewalls, switches, routers, and servers
- Experience with Linux based systems (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS)
- Relevant industry standard certifications, frameworks, and training including Microsoft, CompTia, ITIL or others.
- Network and systems monitoring / capacity planning experience
