**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services and establishing strong relationships with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective clients, engage them in meaningful conversations, and convert leads into sales opportunities. If you are a persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for sales, we would love to have you on board.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases, leads, or other sources to generate sales opportunities.

2. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

3. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, identify their needs, and highlight how our products/services can meet those needs.

4. Present information about pricing, discounts, and promotional offers to customers and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with a sales representative.

5. Effectively handle objections or concerns raised by potential customers and provide appropriate solutions or information to address their queries.

6. Accurately record and maintain customer information, details of interactions, and sales activities in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

8. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.

9. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments, provide necessary support, and ensure a seamless transition of leads.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential selling opportunities and make informed recommendations to management.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.

3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
