Job Profile: MIS and Accounts

Location: Lalru, Mohali

**Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain financial records: Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

2. Process invoices and payments: Verify and process incoming invoices, issue payments to vendors, and manage accounts payable processes.

3. Manage accounts receivable: Track customer payments, send out invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and manage collections if necessary.

4. Prepare financial statements: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

5. Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitor actual performance against budget, and provide variance analysis.

6. Financial analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, highlight areas of improvement, and provide insights to support decision-making.

7. Tax compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, prepare and file tax returns, and handle tax-related queries.

8. Assist in audits: Support internal and external audit processes by providing required financial data, documentation, and assistance in resolving any audit queries.

9. Maintain financial controls and MIS: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure accuracy of financial data, MIS and financial dashboards.

10. Stay updated with accounting standards: Keep abreast of changes in accounting principles, regulations, and industry practices, and ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are advantageous but not mandatory.

2. Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.

3. Proficient in accounting software: Familiarity with accounting software and tools for accurate and efficient financial management (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or equivalent).

4. Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.

5. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.

6. Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and auditors.

7. Time management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. Ethics and integrity: Maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical standards, and demonstrate integrity in handling financial matters.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
