Roles and Responsibilities
- Able to source profiles for multiple positions of IT
- Developing job descriptions and requirements based on the inputs of
Functional Managers for job openings and posting/advertising them on
sources like job portals, social media, in-house databases, external online
and offline sources, and Campus recruitment.
- Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms
of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions
- Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies for timely and
budgeted hiring
- Providing daily reports to the leadership regarding the recruitment status
of positions.
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment
salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high
performance
- Monitor KPI linked incentives of the employees and provide it for payroll
processing
- Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee
punctuality
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining
formalities
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file,
personal database, etc.) of each employee in HR module of Skizzle HR
software
- Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording these accordingly
- PF, ESIC, PT calculation challan generation and remittance.
- To Make sure the organisation complying as per state labour laws.
- Liaising with various departments and authorities.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns as applicable
under statutory compliance.
- Preparing statutory registers state-wide under all applicable labour laws
- Manage all employee-related records - both digital & physical
- Excellent Recruitment skills of IT professionals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Needs to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards
- Thorough understanding of IT functions and job descriptions of different IT
professionals.

- 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence
- High EQ, cultural awareness, and compassion
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Well versed with at least one leading HRMS
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Human Resources,
MBA preferred
