Responds to requests from Staff Nurses, physicians and patients without delay.
- Attends shift report daily from the outgoing supervisor, noting staffing and status of patients.
- Support and develop Nursing / Patient Care Services in the coordination of the employee selection process, work assignments, performance evaluations, and staff development for these services.
- Coordinates and promotes relationships between nursing staff and other departments.
- Is available during crisis situations in any of the units guiding and supporting the nursing staff on duty.
- Initiate and participate in problem solving, policy-forming for Nursing / Patient Care Services.
- Conduct training as per NABH.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
