**E-COMMERCE WEBSITE EXECUTIVE (FULL TIME)**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Keep the website optimized - content, customer experience, etc., as per market standards.
- Manage and update product listings regularly to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
- Ensure overall website content is within Google mandates and the latest Magic Remedies guidelines.
- Manage all apps and extensions on Shopify.
- Stay updated with new tools and technologies available for Shopify and its extensions.
- Ensure content on the website is updated, accurate, and compelling.
- Develop and implement campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Enable discounts/campaigns on the website through coordination with relevant teams.
- Manage newsletters, WhatsApp marketing, and other promotional activities.
- Update home page content and creatives to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with other teams to manage inventory effectively.
- Coordinate with various teams for seamless order processing.
- Liaise with the customer care executive to improve overall customer experience.
- Align with the company’s content and marketing strategy, making valuable suggestions.
- Maintain and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for performance analysis.
- Provide insights and guidance to the team on Google Ads and SEO strategies.
- Oversee and update blogs, regularly.
- Learn fundamentals of generating revenue via performance marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaigns, flag concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Managing the Google Merchant Centre and other linked Google Assets.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Have an understanding of basic HTML/CSS.
- Are familiar with e-commerce/Shopify management tools & plugins.
- Have a keen interest in e-commerce trends and industry developments.
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Can work with and have experience of working with vendors, teams, and agencies.
- Have an Interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Understands branding and the importance of the same.
- Proof-reading and cross-checking before sending anything for final use.
- Proactive, upbeat and positive.
- Highly productive and understands the importance of timelines.
- Strong team orientation with interpersonal skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to analyze data and be a creative problem solver.

**EDUCATIONAL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.

**SOFTWARES**
- Shopify knowledge is a must
- WhatsApp Marketing Software - Interakt/ Wati/ others.
- Canva
- Microsoft Office
- Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)

**ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**
- 2-3 years of Shopify Experience
- Industry Knowledge of D2C brands
- Hand on experience of working on apps, plugins, etc on the Shopify Interface.
- Data Analysis and Management
- Hands on knowledge of SaaS tools
