**Position**: Field Supervisor

**Location**: Dindori District, Madhya Pradesh, India

Cognisphere Solutions Limited (CSL) is actively recruiting a dynamic and dedicated Field Supervisor to play a pivotal role in the implementation of forestry and agro-forestry projects in Madhya Pradesh. As a Field Supervisor, you will be entrusted with overseeing field operations, ensuring the successful execution of project activities, and fostering collaboration within plantation clusters. The field supervisor will report to the Project Coordinator.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Cluster Establishment:

- Mobilize farmers and facilitate the establishment of plantation clusters.
- Lead efforts in raising plantations and forming farmers' groups/Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).
- Develop mechanisms for the long-term maintenance and protection of plantations.

2. Field Operations Coordination:

- Coordinate field operations in designated plantation clusters spanning 1-2 blocks, covering a plantation area of 200-300 hectares.
- Collaborate with local resource persons to ensure the achievement of project outcomes.

3. Team Collaboration:

- Actively participate in the team's perspective building, goal setting, planning, and budgeting.
- Contribute to ongoing monitoring activities, ensuring results are delivered within set timelines.

4. Culture of Learning and Development:

- Foster a culture of learning and development within the team.
- Demonstrate efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

5. Stakeholder Networking:

- Network with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the project.
- Contribute to goodwill creation for the project.

**Eligibility**:

- Fresh graduates or post-graduates in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture Engineering, or Forestry Science.
- Sound academic track record.

The selected Field Supervisors will be stationed in project locations, including block and district towns, in Dindori, Madhya Pradesh to support the implementation of project activities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
