" Very Strong Experience in LOS, LMS domain.
" Experience in any project management tool
" Strong experience in Stake holder and Client Management.
" Providing technical support to teams within the organization when required
" Co-ordinate, arrange calls and meeting to get the open issues resolved through respective regional teams.
" Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
" Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
" Identifying and resolving technical issues in co-ordination with various regional teams.
" Managing coordination at a local and regional level where required
" Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems
" Developing reports for teams across the business
" Support project team during implementation
