**Job Summary**:
Ashtvinayak Hospital is seeking a skilled and experienced OT (Operation Theatre) Technician to join our dedicated team in Rasayani. The OT Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the operation theatre are prepared for surgeries, maintaining equipment and instruments, and assisting surgeons and medical staff during procedures to provide a safe, sterile, and effective environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain operation theatre equipment, instruments, and supplies.
- Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
- Ensure a sterile and clean environment in the operation theatre before, during, and after surgeries.
- Handle and operate specialized OT equipment and tools.
- Ensure that all necessary supplies, instruments, and medications are available and in proper working order.
- Follow sterilization procedures for surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist in patient positioning and draping before surgeries.
- Document and maintain patient and OT records as per hospital protocol.
- Monitor OT inventory levels and manage supply requisitions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or certification in Operation Theatre Technology or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an OT Technician in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization techniques, and surgical instruments.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and assist in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of following precise instructions.

**Working Conditions**:

- Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays as required by hospital operations.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
