Position:

- **Social Media Intern**

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:
Manages all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Overseas all company social media accounts management. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlightens audiences and promotes brand-content messages. Research and plan content strategy for social media campaigns by considering the latest trends. Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations and responding to their comments. Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions & influencer marketing. Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to connect with the audience personally. Provide ongoing social media content, participate in online conversations, manage online reputation, and monitor engagement Engage with clients/brands/customers by responding to questions, complaints, and comments, and solicit feedback to improve product and service offerings Maintain active social media presence, posting regularly to social networks and blogs Coordinate website updates, including content and structure, and optimize content throughout the website Coordinate paid online advertising, including creating and executing targeted online ad campaigns Develop and create social media graphics with design team Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content publishing, content administration, and engagement Develop an integrated strategy of generating leads & nurturing more client & brands Takes in charge of Brand collaboration Handling and Marketing. Influencer Marketing.

**Skills and Requirements**:
Good time management and Organization skills: prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as required. Intermediate Social media knowledge. Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint. Efficient with team management, coordination and creating and implementing plans, strategies, meeting highlights and pointers etc. Strong research and result oriented Posses strategy thinking Community Engagement/management skills/Writing & communication Skills. Understand how content works on a social web. Optimizing content and technology Creative mindset Be on top of the latest digital marketing trends 2 years’ experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role. Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past. Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
