**Job Title: Sample Collection Representative - Hand and Feet Casting**
**Job Summary**:
As a Sample Collection Representative specializing in hand and feet casting, you will be responsible for interacting with clients, guiding them through the casting process, and creating high-quality molds or impressions of their hands and feet. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction**:
- Greet and engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about the casting process, answering any questions or concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sample collection procedure.
- **Casting Process**:
- Prepare materials and equipment for casting sessions.
- Instruct clients on hand and feet positioning during the casting process.
- Monitor and adjust the process to account for unique circumstances or requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of each cast, making adjustments as needed.
- Inspect the completed casts for any imperfections or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- **Documentation**:
- Record relevant client information and details about each casting session.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and inventory levels.
- Provide documentation to clients, including care instructions for the final product.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients during or after the casting process.
- Collaborate with the management team to resolve technical or logístical challenges.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay informed about new casting techniques, materials, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to improve and optimize the sample collection process.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduation from recognised university; additional training in casting techniques is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role or familiarity with casting materials is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
