We are looking for a Commis / Chef De Partie with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

**Position Overview**:A Commis Chef is an entry-level culinary position within the kitchen brigade. Commis Chefs work under the guidance of more experienced chefs, assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. This role serves as a stepping stone for individuals aspiring to build a career in the culinary arts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**: Assist senior chefs in preparing ingredients, measuring quantities, and following recipes accurately. This includes chopping, slicing, dicing, and marinating ingredients as required.

**Dish Assembly**: Assist in plating dishes, arranging components attractively on plates, and adding finishing touches. Ensure portion sizes and presentation meet the establishment's standards.

**Station Maintenance**: Keep workstations clean and organized. Maintain a stock of necessary ingredients, tools, and utensils for efficient workflow.

**Kitchen Hygiene**: Follow strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure the safety of food preparation areas. Adhere to proper food handling practices to prevent contamination.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
