**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Designation**: Executive / Asst. Manager (Taxation)

**Experience**: 4 - 8 years

**Qualification**:B.Com / MBA / CA**

**Preference**:Real Estate industry only**

**Salary**: CTC 35 K to 50 K pm.

**Location**: New Delhi

**Duties and key responsibilities**
- Income Tax Return filling
- Handling Income Tax website
- Taxation
- He/She will lead and manage direct and indirect tax, compliances, audit, assessments and appeals. Provide strategic input related to tax matters.
- Compilation of Tax returns within the prescribed time limit
- Review and take proactive steps for tax computation, payment and filing within due dates i.e. for corporate tax, tax audit, transfer pricing, TDS, GST, etc.
- Calculation of tax provision, deferred tax, advance tax.
- Knowledge of Direct and indirect tax
- Responsible for documentation for all tax matters and Drafting, filing of appeals & rectifications of tax liability
- Attending notices, their compliances, correspondence with Income Tax Department
- Manages refund from departments at the earliest. Rebate, Duty drawback, refunds
- Manage the audit and audit related queries
- Briefing to advocates/consultants on taxation matter
- Filling Income Tax returns and Income Tax Appeals towards the Group and Promoters Group.
- Experience in managing end to end financial accounting, account payable, ledger books, bank reconciliations and consolidation of accounts
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in adherence to accounting standards and standards of corporate governance, prevailing in various jurisdictions
- Ensuring statutory legal / regulatory compliance related to finance and accounts (Taxation/GST/ROC/PF/ESI)
- Asset capitalisation, asset retirement and year end asset closing at year ending
- Taxation Understanding
- Preparation of MIS towards Income Tax refund due, Income Tax Demands, Carried forward losses etc.
- Reporting risk issues to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
- Verifying compliance with financial statutory norms, internal processes, procedures and controls of the Government.

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Complete knowledge of Taxation.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Real Estate experience is mandatory.
- Problem solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work on deadline driven work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
