The Company is a leading name in the Tyre industry, known for delivering high-quality products and services. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Field Sales Executive** to join our team in **Varanasi or Lucknow**. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in sales within the Tyre industry, who will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in their assigned region.

**### **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify and target new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing customers, and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Manage a portfolio of clients, provide excellent customer service, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer demands to recommend improvements to product offerings and sales strategies.
- **Product Promotion**: Effectively promote and sell Beekay Group’s tyre products to new and existing clients. Ensure a deep understanding of the product range to effectively communicate benefits to potential customers.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, tracking performance and ensuring targets are met consistently.
- **Route Planning**: Plan daily sales routes, ensuring maximum coverage and efficient time management across the assigned region.
- **Payment Follow-ups**: Ensure timely payment collection from customers and report any payment issues to senior management.

**### **Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales within the Tyre industry.
**- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage customer accounts and relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Travel Requirement**: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum qualification of 12th grade. Preferably a graduate in any field.
