Hotel Management Graduates / Three year Diploma holders from IHM with teaching and industry experience of 15 years.
Preferable location : Ernakulam
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. A minimum of bi-weekly visit to each center to evaluate the functioning of each centre. Observe the staff and prepare a proper appraisal form and submit a report evaluating each staff. Identify a clear teaching schedule and conduct regular class observations. Both online & offline sessions. To conduct learning
/ teaching / assessment activities appropriate to the needs of individual students, courses and the curriculum.
2. Ensure the infrastructure like laboratories, equipment and classrooms are designed to facilitate hands on learning & operational experience.
3. Ensure a safe and healthy environment for Faculty/ Trainers and students, and adhere full compliance with health and safety requirements. Should conduct trainings for the Trainers of the Institute, monitor Trainers/faculties and students’ performances, ensure the maintenance and up gradation of the training equipment’s and other facilities.
4. Ability to identify areas for improvement and to use initiative and problem
- solving skills to improve performance.
5. Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching, Ability to contribute to the achievement of the Institute Development Plan and the development of other institute activities
6. Coordinates with the Affiliation bodies for all related activities such as institute license from the local government body and affiliation authority annually for each center in a timely manner.
7. Examinations - Ensure proper conduct of unit tests and annual examination.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
