We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Billing Representative I to join our BNY Investments team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
This role is part on BNY Investments Billing teams where the job involves reviewing and performing tasks like Setting up of new accounts for subsidiaries clients, update custodian values, post payments on Revenue Manager. Stay abreast of changes in the current process procedures, Responsible for updating and maintaining procedure manuals.
- Produces more complicated client invoices.
- Analyzes and interprets fee schedule data, identifying key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
- Sets up accounts, linking client accounts to appropriate fee schedules, and configures them in the system.
- Retrieve & Input custodian market values into Revenue Manager after careful review
- Daily monitoring of bank statement to track incoming cash & credit respective clients’ accounts.
- Reviewing exceptions & performing quality check of invoices
- Provides solutions to problems in atypical or infrequently occurring situations based on practice and existing precedents or procedures.
- No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced Billing Administrators, as needed.
- Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Knowledge of the Mutual fund industry, accounting principles and sound knowledge on understanding the IMA (Investment Management Agreement) preferred.
- The ability to handle stressful situations with internal clients and onshore business partners, while maintaining a professional approach to problem solving
