- **Job Description**:

- Experienced in Digital Marketing Agency as a Social Media Executive.
- Ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of research requirements
- Skilled in preparing social media strategies
- Outstanding proofreading and editing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their tools
- Outstanding brand awareness experience
- Manages the company’s and client’s social media accounts and posts content across social media platforms.
- Works closely with the content writer and graphic designer, to brainstorm campaign ideas and keeps track of what’s trending.
- Monitor and work comfortably on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter.
- Analyzes social media analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Engages with customers or clients and service the client (if and when required).
- Can run social media audit on pages and suggest plausible changes to improve page performance and better engagement.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal project management softwares like - Asana.
- Assists in creating performance reports for client accounts.
- Has experience of working on social media tools like - Buffer, Hootsuite, Zoho Social etc.

Required Education, Experience and Certification:

- Must have a minimum experience of 0-3 years as Social Media Executive
- Digital Marketing Agency experience is a must
