You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with client prospects as well as managing client relationships to help build a qualified lead for the sales team. A minimum of 01 - 03 years of experience is required in a similar role, preferably with a PEB company.

**Qualifications / Skills Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with minimum 01 - 03 years experience in PEB Company.
- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
- Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
- IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
- Decision-making skills
- The ability to multitask and priorities your workload
- Project management and organizational skills
- The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals
- The ability to think strategically
- The ability to analyses sales figures and write reports
- A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.
- Follow-up with Generated Leads.
- You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, evaluating its fit with the company vision, negotiating and closing deals.
- An input into the sales strategy - You will constantly keep upgrading your business development techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, meetings and other means (events, regional organizations, etc.)
- Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service
- Generate daily outreach efforts to prospective clients
- Build a productive pipeline
- Responsible for providing technical inputs to the sales team, both printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
- Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
