Warehouse Incharge

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling and storage of parcels. The Warehouse Incharge will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing space utilization, and enhancing overall warehouse productivity.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of parcels.

2. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.

3. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations to create a safe working environment for warehouse staff.

4. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize handling costs.

5. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations to ensure consistency and quality.

6. Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to enhance their performance and productivity.

7. Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

8. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of warehouse activities.

9. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and warehouse transactions.

10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall warehouse performance.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
