1. Update and maintain all Production Information Control (PI) sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Evaluate incoming orders and coordinate with production teams to set up the production line accordingly.
3. Manage and monitor the stock of raw materials required for production.
4. Ensure that raw material and packaging material availability aligns with production requirements as per PI orders.
5. Perform record-keeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
6. Ensure timely completion and dispatch of orders as per PI specifications.
7. Develop weekly packing plans and bulk plans in coordination with production teams.
8. Identify and report any shortages in raw materials or packaging materials to the purchasing and operations departments promptly. Raise purchase requisitions as needed.
**Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree in SCM / Graduation.
This is a full-time position based in Baddi location.
