**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor and track sales orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude towards learning and development.
