**About Us**:
Y4D Foundation works with the mission "Empowering the Underprivileged" through intensive programs focused on education, health, and livelihood.

**Responsibilities**:
**Mobilization and Outreach**:

- Identify and establish connections with local women & Self-Help Groups(SHG) in the target village.
- Conduct community meetings, workshops, and awareness sessions to introduce the project's objectives and benefits.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate women to participate in the training programs.

**Training Delivery**:

- Develop comprehensive training modules on financial and digital literacy, and other relevant empowerment topics.
- Conduct engaging training sessions that cater to the diverse learning needs of participants.
- Utilize various teaching methodologies to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Adapt training materials as necessary to suit the cultural and educational backgrounds of the participants.

**Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Track and document the progress of participants throughout the training programs.
- Collect and analyze data related to participant performance and engagement.
- Provide regular reports to project management on training outcomes and areas of improvement.

**Community Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and partners to enhance project visibility and support.
- Foster a sense of ownership and involvement within the community to ensure the project's sustainability.

**Feedback and Improvement**:

- Solicit feedback from participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Use feedback to make continuous improvements to training methodologies and content.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in women's empowerment and adult education.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Social Work).
- Proficiency in Local Language.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in community engagement, training, or project coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with participants and stakeholders.
- Empathy, sensitivity, and cultural awareness to engage with women from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training and data collection.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and resources.
- Aptitude for coaching soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Adaptability and effective problem-solving skills for addressing tech-related challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Laptop required for project management and reporting tasks.
- Prior experience working with NGOs or community development initiatives.
- Familiarity with local community dynamics and needs.
- Experience in integrating technology and digital solutions into training programs.
- Strong background in providing financial literacy education and empowering individuals with financial knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
