**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our unique farmstay offerings, exceeding targets, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prospect and build relationships with new travel agents, tour operators, and individual clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to effectively convey the value of our farmstay experiences.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records and booking transactions.
- Provide timely and responsive customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and travel industry developments.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Contribute to the team environment by sharing knowledge, collaborating effectively, and supporting colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel sales, preferably with farmstays or ecotourism experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, able to effectively convey product value.
- Proficient in travel booking systems and technology platforms.
- Excellent customer service orientation, focused on resolving issues and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for travel, ecotourism, and sustainable practices.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

**To Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
