**Job description**

As an On-Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out and engage prospective clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Identify and understand client needs, presenting our IT solutions and services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and quotations in line with client requirements and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and effectively position our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly report sales performance, market feedback, and progress against targets to sales management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales-related tools.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
