**Define the Role**
- End-to-End ownership of the Sales and Growth of the cluster/city(Tier2/tier 3 cities)
- Hire, monitor, and manage a two-tier team of Team Leaders and Sales Manager.
- Drive rigor on ground ensure sales SOP is adhered
- He or she will have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on ground
- Assist City sales head in scaling up sales

**Persona**
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and have lead team
- Designation Area Manager/Sr Territory Sales manager
- Has lead sales team (20-30), execution excellence in high volume delivery business
- Companies: Telecom/Fintech/Ecommerce handling volume delivery
- Local Language proficiency and geography knowledge is preferable

**Skills**
- Target oriented sales team lead who is hands-on and drive sales discipline
- Data-driven approach to sales
- High level of ownership and ability to work independently
- Ability to identify problem statement and fix it
