**Job Summary**:

- The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of medical and general store items for the organization. This role involves identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Purchase Executive will collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and work towards cost-effective and efficient solutions.

**Key Responsibilities (KPR)**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for medical and general store items.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
- Regularly assess supplier performance and address any issues.
- **Procurement Planning**:

- Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Maintain updated records of inventory levels and order status.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Analyze and compare supplier prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Explore opportunities for cost reduction without compromising on quality.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor their impact.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all purchased items meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality assurance procedures.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and delivered items.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to procurement activities.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address contractual and regulatory requirements.

- **Cost Savings**:

- Percentage of cost savings achieved through effective negotiation and cost reduction initiatives.
- **Supplier Performance**:

- Timeliness of deliveries.
- Supplier satisfaction ratings.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Accuracy of inventory records.
- Reduction in excess or obsolete inventory.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Percentage of items meeting quality standards.
- Number of quality-related issues resolved.
- **Compliance**:

- Adherence to procurement policies and regulations.
- Successful completion of internal and external audits.
- **Order Accuracy**:

- Percentage of purchase orders processed without discrepancies.
- Timeliness in resolving order-related issues.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:
