We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Online Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales, building customer relationships, and managing accounts on various online platforms, with a focus on **IndiaMart**. You will engage with leads, manage product listings, and develop strategies to increase sales, ensuring that the company meets its revenue targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new leads via online platforms, primarily IndiaMart, ensuring the company maintains a strong presence in the market.
- **Account Management**: Manage customer accounts on IndiaMart and other platforms, building long-term relationships to increase repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, including promotions, follow-ups, and discounts to attract new customers.
- **Product Listing & Optimization**: Create, update, and optimize product listings to ensure they are compelling, accurate, and aligned with market trends.
- **Customer Communication**: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- **Negotiation & Closing Sales**: Engage in price negotiations and finalize sales agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences, adapting strategies to meet changing demands.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Track sales performance and lead generation efforts. Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
**Skills Required**:
- **IndiaMart Sales Expertise**: Proven experience in selling products through IndiaMart, including optimizing product listings, responding to inquiries, and converting leads into sales.
- **Sales & Negotiation Skills**: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals with a diverse range of clients, driving sales growth.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and teams.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions that result in high satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**: Ability to quickly learn and present detailed product information in a clear and compelling manner.
