**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
- Provide regular updates to clients on new products and services.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned territory.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Use CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate data entry.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Liaise with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.
- **Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the IT industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.

**Working Conditions**
- This role involves significant travel within the assigned territory.
- Flexible working hours may be required to meet client needs and sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.

- Must own a reliable two-wheeler for travel.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
