**Job description**
- Develop and execute sales strategies for uPVC and Windows and doors products in the designated area.
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and product development.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present regular reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitive intelligence, to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, including pricing, contracts, and customer interactions.

Two-wheeler is Mandatory.
