Warehouse Associate:

Key responsibilities attached to the role:
Preparing daily Packing/Activity

To be follow up, organise & Monitoring the processes of warehouse like Bale Stitching/Strapping/Seal/Booklet Distribution (Bale wise)

Shipment, Billing Process, inward, outward etc

Stock Verification
- Packing Material Verification

Report preparation:

- Man Power details, packing details, storing details, despatch details etc,

makings of different type of Samples ,

Dispatch : of Material

Organisinng & Deploying the man power

Daily analysys of chhindi consumption,

arrange/ Follow-up for vehicle/Transport & arrange manpower for Loading as per requirement

Coordination with Sales Team and executive as per their requirement,

Daily analisys on C&D Stock

Monitoring on all storage type and storage bins and planning to time to time Bin Consolidation.,

Monitoring for Packing Material consumption and PR Process and organise and maintain inventory and storage area.,

Freight Bill Checking for Various Transporter,

Monitoring on Inward Materials from Folding Department process.,

Monitoring Process,Perpetual Inventory Year Ending (Stock Verification Audit) ,

Monitoring all type of market wise packing ,

Maintained packing material stock for daily use and create PR as per requirement,

Maintained Discontinued stock details and mail to SPAC team,

Take shift charge and operate the shift as per plant

Daily Warehouse Production Report Preparation,

Train workmen

Maintain discipline in dept

Ensure safe work practices in the dept.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Vapi, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
