In this highly visible role, the Customer Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting a diverse mix of strategic marketing programs aligned to company growth and customer-first initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Programs Manager, the Customer Marketing Specialist will work alongside regional Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to support Customer Marketing and Advocacy at Mindtickle.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end production of customer case studies and testimonials from interview scheduling, adding follow-up items to Asana, securing approvals from internal and external stakeholders, and handoffs to other teams to support web, social and creative.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Services regarding customer case studies.
- Partner closely with Web and Social to publish, promote and retire customer stories and videos.
- Execute outreach for field events and speaker requests.
- Support customer outreach related to Customer Advisory Board, speaker follow-up, and speaker management.
- Maintain a list of customers in good standing to promote Mindtickle via our website, social media, and our live and digital events.
- Reviews customer communications via Marketo and works closely with the Marketing automation team to coordinate future sends.
- Manage the delivery of customer appreciation and milestone gifts.
- Measure and track the number of gifts and advocate activities on a quarterly basis using Reachdesk and Salesforce.
- Report on quarterly milestones using Salesforce and Gainsight.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS technology industry.
- A successful track record of working in customer marketing and story-telling.
- Experience managing vendors, partners and managing a budget.
- Experience with Marketing/Sales tech: SFDC; Marketo, Demandbase, Gainsight, Asana, and/or Zoom Webinar preferred.
- Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
