Title: QHSE Officer Job Opportunity in Bangalore
Position: QHSE Officer
Location: Mathikere,Bangalore
Experience: 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address QHSE issues.
- Provide training and support to employees on QHSE practices and procedures.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on relevant QHSE legislation and industry best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of QHSE standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
