We require someone who is a fresh graduate or has 6months to 1 year experience. Must have clear communication, willingness to commit to the job and a passion for STEM education.

This position is currently open and we're looking for immediate hires.

1. Conduct hands on activities/experiments on STEM technologies experiments/activities for the students coming at Academy.
2. Learn newer technologies and keep abreast about the latest advancements in STEM.
3. Devise Lesson plans/activity plans for the students.
4. Write blogs/articles/thought papers on STEM Education.
5. Add value to the company by collaborating with sales, marketing, and logistics to find ways to improve the services of Junior Engineers.
6. Establish strategic collaborations with schools/ other companies to expand this line of business.
7. Devise competitions based on STEM concepts for engaging student community.
8. Travel locally to Schools and STEM centres for sessions.
9. Coordinate with parents and students and organize successful training sessions.
10. Scratch, python and html knowledge must.

- Responsibilities
1. Developing Strong Expertise in the Field of Embedded Systems, Microcontroller, Robotics, Firmware/Programming around 8 Bit/32 bit microcontrollers and IoT based sensors.
2. To nurture Innovation and Creativity at K12 School Level students by mentoring and helping them to develop Innovative Embedded Projects with the use of technology in delivery of curricula through a variety of instructional methods (hardware, software and Internet resources in support of learning).
3. Organizes, develops, and coordinate special STEM Engineering and Technology based events/activities.
4. Always willing to innovate newer Technologies like Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Advanced Processor Programming.
5. Eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
6. Strong team player and ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others in team.
7. Strong in verbal and written communication.
8. Good organizational and time management skills.
9. Improve the existing technology.

- STEM Educator / ATL Innovation Coach/ Robotics Trainer Location DELHI NCR
- Responsible for implementing ATL program in schools
- Making highly effective usage of Atal Tinkering Laboratory in the school system
- Effectively deliver the STEM curriculum in Schools
- Effectively plan and deliver design thinking
- Work with students to develop advance technology innovation projects
- Observe and evaluate students' performance, behaviour, and social development
- Managing all STEM lab and activities in the school
- Provide mentorship to the students to come up with innovative solutions
- Train the teachers on advance technology and pedagogy
- Conduction of professional development & advance technology workshops for teachers
- Effective and judicious usage of technology for the program

KNOWLEDGE-BASED REQUIREMENTS
- Must have an appropriate academic qualification, preferably a science/engineering background. (B. E. / B. Tech / M.Sc. - Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Instrumentation)
- Strongly believes in Maker Culture
- Must have good understanding of 8-bit Microcontroller Architecture
- Must have good understanding of Digital/Analog Electronics
- Hands-On experience with Programming
- Working knowledge of Mechanical and Power Tools
- Experience of working with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D Printing, Sensors, Actuators etc.
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking and Computational Thinking
- Strong Communication Skills as well as facilitation skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
