**Role description**:
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating patching and refresh schedules for non-production SaaS and associated PaaS environments including Oracle ERP, ODI, OIC, OAC and APEX.

- Manage service requests for technical issues, resizing, language packs and data masking.

- Track and validate configuration changes, schedules, environment lifecycle & renewals.

- Communicate with key stakeholders on major updates and instance status.

- Work with environment manager, project managers & major stakeholders to identify environment risks and mitigation plans.

- Assist with configuring & maintaining SSO / Azure B2C, IDCS and other Integrations.

- Assist with access management & security configurations to enable user administrators for the project teams.

**Key profile requirements**
- **Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience **with Oracle products **, **preferably 2 years experience managing Oracle Cloud environments.
- **Demonstrated experience successfully **planning and Oracle Cloud **services **in a global company with a multi-national, multi-vendor environment.
- **Proven track record of achieving service excellence, **including maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams with internal and external resources

- Partnership with other Towers, Lanes, and teams to achieve goals and exceed business expectations

- Environment coordination with OEA tower leads and partners

- Oracle SOP and KBA development with DII team

Oracle environment announcements and EU communications
