**Job Description: Sales Representative**

**Location**: Field-based (Client sites, meetings, and other locations as required)

**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Reports to**: Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients within the society and business sectors.
- Conduct research to understand client needs and tailor product presentations accordingly.
- Schedule and conduct software demo sessions for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Business Development Manager on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong digital and social media skills with a good understanding of online marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week and travel as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Soft-spoken with a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
