Maintenance Supervisor

**Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.**:

- **Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.**:

- **Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.**:

- **Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.**:

- **Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.**:

- **Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.**:

- **Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.**:

- **Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.**:

- **Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.**:

- **Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.**:

- **Employ, supervise and train workers.**:

- **Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.**:

- **Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.**:

- **Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.**:

- **Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.**:

- **Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.**:

- **Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.**:

- **Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance**:

- **Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.**:

- **Other duties as per the firm requirement.**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
