**Job Title**: Spanish Language Expert for Export Promotion.

**Job Location**: Kolkata, Park Street Area.

We are seeking a skilled Spanish Language Expert to join our export team. As a vital member of the team, he / she will play a crucial role in facilitating international trade by providing language expertise and cultural insights. Primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication with international partners, clients, and stakeholders, thereby contributing to the success of export operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Translation**: Translate various documents, including contracts, agreements, correspondence, and marketing materials, from the source language to the target language(s) accurately and efficiently.

**Interpretation**: Provide interpretation services during meetings, negotiations, and other business interactions to ensure clear communication between parties.

**Localization**: Adapt content to suit the linguistic and cultural preferences of target markets, ensuring that messages resonate effectively with local audiences.

**Language Support**: Offer language support to internal teams, assisting with communication between departments and addressing language-related queries or issues.

**Research**: Stay updated on language trends, cultural norms, and business practices in target regions to provide valuable insights and enhance cross-cultural understanding.

**Quality Assurance**: Review translated materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards, making necessary revisions or corrections as needed.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with export managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on language-related strategies and objectives.

**Training**: Conduct language training sessions or workshops for colleagues as necessary to improve language proficiency and cross-cultural competence within the organization.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of translation projects, language resources, and other relevant documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and workflow efficiency.

**Professional Development**: Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and skill development in language-related areas, such as language proficiency exams, specialized training programs, or industry conferences.

**Requirements**:
Graduate in any stream with proficiency in Spanish language, with native or near-native fluency preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both the source and target languages.

Previous experience in translation, interpretation, or language-related roles, preferably in a business or export-oriented context will be preferred.

Cultural awareness and sensitivity to nuances in language and communication styles across the region.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in languages, translation, international business, or a related field would be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
