**Shift Timings - 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Mon-Sat)**

**About the job**

**We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's brand, products, and services across various digital channels.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings**:

- **Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to identify areas for optimization and improvement**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to create effective digital marketing campaigns**:

- **Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in digital marketing to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective**:

- **Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve the best possible ROI**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field**:

- **Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels**:

- **Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform marketing decisions**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:

- **Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot**:

- **Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills**
