As a Performance Marketing Executive at Twice Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and visibility of our brand across multiple platforms and cities. Your primary responsibility will be to design, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance our brand's reach, engagement, and conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales teams, to ensure that our marketing strategies align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms (**Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc**.) tailored to the specific needs of different cities and target audiences.
- **Ad Creation & Management**:
Create, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns, including search ads, display ads, social media ads, and video ads. Focus on crafting compelling copy and visuals that resonate with our audience and align with our brand identity.
- Audience Segmentation:
Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to target and retarget audiences based on demographics, behavior, interests, and other key metrics. Ensure that each campaign is precisely targeted to maximize ROI.
- Budget Management:
Efficiently manage and allocate budgets for various campaigns, ensuring that spend aligns with the company’s financial goals while maximizing the effectiveness of each campaign.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) regularly. Provide actionable insights and detailed reports to management on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest areas for improvement.
- A/B Testing & Optimization:
Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to determine the most effective strategies. Continuously optimize campaigns based on test results and performance data.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, especially within the interior design and renovation industry. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing campaigns. Provide clear briefs and feedback to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with campaign goals.
- Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry regulations and best practices, including data privacy laws and platform-specific guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant marketing tools and technologies.

- Clear Value Proposition:
Ensure that all ads clearly communicate the unique value proposition of Twice Services, highlighting our expertise in interior design and renovation.
- Strong Call-to-Action (CTA):
Incorporate compelling CTAs that encourage potential customers to take the desired action, whether it's visiting our website, contacting our sales team, or signing up for a consultation.
- Local Relevance:
Tailor ad content to resonate with local audiences in different cities. Highlight location-specific offers, services, or testimonials that build trust and relevance.
- Consistent Branding:
Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all platforms to reinforce brand identity and build recognition.
- Data-Driven Targeting:
Use data analytics to segment and target audiences effectively, ensuring that each campaign reaches the right people at the right time.
- Mobile Optimization:
Ensure that all ads and landing pages are fully optimized for mobile devices, given the increasing trend of mobile internet usage.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the interior design or home improvement industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
