Qualification : BE/B.Tech /MCA with 2+ Years of Experience or B.Sc, BCA, Diploma (3 Years) with 4 Years of Experience
Job Profile:
Hands on experince in Maintaining computer System, OS & Peripheral Devices
Good knowledge on Configuration of PC(Windows), Printer, Scanner & Other Devices used in Daily Operation.
Installation of OS and other Windows Utility Softwares
Knowledge of Network & Links
Repot to The IT Head for IT Operations
Cordinate with central Operations Team for any Issue, Process and other compliance.
Responsible for IT process and SLA compliances ate the Site
Be a single point of contact at Location to resolve IT issues to ensure continuity of services as per SLA.
Monitor and Resolve Issues of Server, PC (windows &Linux) and attached Peripheral devices
Creation & Installation of SOE on Desktop
Monitor and Resolve Issues of Network.and Links
Coordinate with Vendors to solve issues of Hardware Devices.
CTC Offered - 2.5 to 3.8 Lacs
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
