Accounts Instructor

TechCadd Computer Education is a leading company dedicated to providing training to young generation. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated accounts instructor to join our growing team.

**Job Profile**:
The Accounting Software Trainer is responsible for educating clients and internal staff on the features and functionalities of accounting software. This role involves creating and delivering training programs, providing hands-on support, and ensuring users can effectively utilize the software to meet their accounting needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Training Program Development:

- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, tutorials, and online resources.
- Customize training programs to fit the specific needs of different clients or user groups.

Training Delivery:

- Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for new and existing users.
- Use a variety of instructional techniques, such as live demonstrations, webinars, and hands-on exercises.

Support and Troubleshooting:

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users experiencing difficulties with the software.
- Work closely with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.

Software Expertise:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the accounting software and its updates.
- Stay current with new features and best practices in accounting software usage.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Document training processes and user feedback to continuously improve training programs.
- Generate reports on training activities and user progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Should be well versed with the Microsoft Suite.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Tally ERP 9, and QuickBooks.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for a diverse audience.
- Proficiency in using training tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Patience and adaptability to different learning styles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
