**Role: Horticulturist**

**Role Definition**
- A Horticulture Technician is responsible for taking care of plants as much as an art and beautifying the store to sell and make it look fresh and green._

**Responsibility Deliverable**
- **1. Advance plant care and store maintenance.**_
- **2. Development and Nurturing.**_
- **3. Creating ornamental deliverables.**_

**Tasks & Activities**
- **1. For the first 2 two hours of doing the advanced plant care and maintenance of the plant store for commercial deliverables.**_
- _Fertilizing the mother plant and sale plants by choosing the right fertilizer for each type of plant based on the soil media used by creating and following a time chart interval._
- _Repotting, pruning, and propagating of the mother plant when required._
- _Deadheading and dusting the required plants and setting up beautiful arrangements for sales instructing the plant care worker._
- _Prepare soil media for regular potting use with the help of a plant care worker using your recipe._
- **2. For the Next 4 hours involve in development and nurturing activities as listed below**_
- _Scripting content required for plant and pot marketing, Store information, and plant general care card and delivering it to the marketing team._
- _Creating purchase orders for all procurements required for operation and sales by getting approval from the admin._
- _Assist the walk-in customer in explaining the plants and the products available._
- _Preparing Estimate quotations for the client requirements._
- _Research and find new house garden products and plant suppliers across the country_
- _for cheaper and better quality products constantly. Travel along in the company scope to procure those products to keep the store updated on the latest trends._
- **3. Spend your rest 4 hours Creating ornamental deliverables.**_
- _Create a dish garden and beautiful giftings using your creativity or by seeing any references._
- _Maintain the workplace neat and tidy by using the plant care worker for the next day's smooth operation._
- _Develop planning and coordination skills along with business knowledge to grow into a horticulture Consultant_
- _After completing 10 sales meetings per month, the Horticulture technician Shall accompany BDE for client and architect meetings._

**Measurement Metrics**
- **1) # of Dish gardens made**_
- **2) # Wastage ratio**_

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bypass Road, Madurai - 625016, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
