Job Title: Female Hostel Warden

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision and Guidance:

- Supervise the daily activities of students within the hostel premises.
- Provide guidance and support to students on personal, academic, and social matters.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth and development.
- Safety and Security:

- Ensure the safety and security of students within the hostel at all times.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or concerns.
- Discipline and Behavior Management:

- Enforce school rules and regulations regarding behavior and conduct.
- Address disciplinary issues promptly and effectively, employing fair and consistent disciplinary measures.
- Foster a culture of respect, responsibility, and accountability among students.
- Administration and Record-Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, incidents, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate with school administration regarding student matters, including admissions, transfers, and medical emergencies.
- Manage inventory and supplies for the hostel, ensuring adequate provisions for students' needs.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students' progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other staff members to support the holistic development of students.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities as required.
- Role Model and Mentorship:

- Serve as a positive role model for students, demonstrating integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to students, promoting personal growth and self-confidence.
- Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities and community service initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a residential setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and sound judgment in managing challenging situations.
- Knowledge of child development, adolescent psychology, and behavior management strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and clearance as required by regulatory authorities.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
