**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**:Lead, train, and motivate café staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
**Customer Service**:Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Ensure that customers receive high-quality service, and take steps to resolve any issues or complaints that arise.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer suggestions.
**Operational Excellence**:Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
Monitor food and beverage quality to meet established standards and address any deviations.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
**Financial Management**:Assist in managing inventory, tracking supplies, and placing orders to maintain appropriate stock levels while minimizing waste.
Monitor sales and expenses, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize profitability.
Handle cash management, including register balancing and deposits.
**Training and Development**:Provide training to new hires, ensuring they are well-versed in café procedures, customer service expectations, and safety protocols.
Continuously develop the skills of existing staff through coaching, feedback, and ongoing training initiatives.
**Health and Safety**:Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify any potential hazards.
**Promotions and Marketing**:Assist in creating and implementing promotions, specials, and events to attract and retain customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase café visibility and foot traffic.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and café culture is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
