**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including

general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

2. Bookkeeping: Record all financial transactions and ensure proper classification and

documentation.

3. Payroll Processing: Assist in processing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable regulations.

4. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance

sheets, and cash flow statements.

5. Tax Compliance: Assist with tax preparation, including the calculation and filing of income tax returns, GST returns, PT, TDS deductions and other statutory compliance.

6. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to prepare budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights and recommendations.

7. Financial Analysis: Conduct periodic financial analysis, identify trends, variances, and

opportunities for improvement.

8. Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

9. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring accurate and timely

payments and resolving any invoicing discrepancies.

10. Financial Policies and Procedures: Assist in developing and implementing financial policies

and procedures to maintain internal controls and ensure compliance.

11. Should be able to work independently on renewals, client payments, GST filling etc.

**Qualifications**:
1.Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Professional certification such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA (Cost and Management

Accountant), or equivalent is preferred.

3. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. Experience

with accounting software and tools is highly desirable.

4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial

reporting standards. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

4.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and

analysis.

5. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data and

provide valuable insights.

7. Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and management.

8. Demonstrated ethical behaviour and ability to handle confidential financial information

with discretion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
