**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth POC with Subject Expertise in Judiciary at Toprankers located in Jaipur.

The role entails day-to-day tasks such as utilizing analytical skills to identify growth opportunities, implementing growth hacking strategies, managing projects, and collaborating with sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. POC for Centre Growth:

- Take overall responsibility for the growth and development of the Judiciary Gold brand.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the program’s visibility and student enrollment.

2. Outreach and Networking:

- Design and implement outreach strategies to promote the Judiciary Gold brand in academic institutions and other relevant platforms.
- Actively engage with the academic community and professional networks to build a strong presence.

3. Conducting Educational Sessions:

- Organize and conduct educational sessions focused on judiciary-related topics in colleges and other educational settings.
- Enhance the visibility of the Judiciary Gold brand and engage with students to foster interest and enrollment.

4. Building Partnerships:

- Establish and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, law schools, and related organizations.
- Seek and secure potential collaborations and student referral opportunities to support the growth of the Judiciary Gold brand.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a Law Graduate.
- Must have attempted for Judiciary by himself (as the firsthand experience could provide valuable insights into the challenges of the judiciary exams)
- Proven experience in public speaking and building collaborations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
