**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- **Student Counseling**: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to prospective students, explaining our ethical hacking and cybersecurity programs in detail.
- **Admissions Support**: Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process, answering all questions related to prerequisites, schedules, fees, and certifications.
- **Career Guidance**: Educate students on the career paths available in cybersecurity and ethical hacking, including job roles, certifications, and industry demand.
- **Content Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and certifications to ensure accurate information is provided to students.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure students receive full support from enrollment to course completion.
- **Sales Acumen**: Some experience in educational sales or student recruitment is preferred, with the ability to meet enrollment targets.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain regular follow-up with students to support retention and ensure their satisfaction and progress within their courses.

**Skills**
- **Bachelor's degree** in any stream (preferred backgrounds include IT, Computer Science, or related fields).
- Minimum **2 years** of experience in a similar role within an educational organization or institution is required.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, ethical hacking, and certification pathways
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Friendly, empathetic, and patient, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
- **Organizational Skills**: Highly organized, able to manage multiple student cases and follow up effectively.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Able to address student concerns and recommend appropriate solutions or alternatives.
