Solar Technician

Job Title: Solar Technician (Service Included)

Location: Parbhani, Maharashtra

Experience: 0-3 Years

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Site Supervision:

- Oversee solar rooftop installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site surveys to assess the suitability of locations for solar panel installation.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.

2. Installation & Commissioning:

- Assist in the installation and commissioning of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
- Ensure proper alignment, wiring, and connection of solar panels and related equipment.

3. Quality Control:

- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship during installation.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of installed systems to ensure optimal performance.

4. Service & Maintenance:

- Provide after-sales service, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Respond to customer service requests and resolve issues related to system performance.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, installation checklists, and service logs.
- Prepare and submit reports on project status, material usage, and service activities.

6. Customer Interaction:

- Communicate with customers regarding project updates, technical issues, and service needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing technical support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or ITI
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the region.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Freshers are welcome; experience up to 3 years will be considered an advantage.
